UNPACKING AND FIRST START
•
Unpack the device and any accessories supplied and check that they are in good order and the
device and the accessories are not damaged. If you find any defects, do not continue!

Connect the device to a 230V socket and turn it on using the switch at the back of the device.
APPLICATON DEVICE
Connect the instrument while working on each solid support such that it has sufficient cooling air flow.
It is forbidden to clog the cooling holes in any way.
Do not switch off the heating button without loading with heated material. Do not switch the heating
button intermittently.
HEATING PROCEDURE
1. Place the heating inductor on the surface of material.
2. Press the heating button.
3. Hold the button for the entire heating time.
4. Release the heating button after the required heating.
WORKING CYCLE
The working cycle of the induction heater is up to 70%.
However, the operating cycle is determined by the operating conditions. When heating in close
proximity to the heated material, it is impossible to prevent heat transfer to the heating inductor. For
this reason, the heating inductor is protected against overheating by measuring its temperature and
automatically interrupting the power transfer due to overheating of the instrument or inductor.
For heating inductors, their maximum load cycle is designed for chilled surfaces during their
operation. In real use of the device can take the value of the duty cycle only as informative.
