Safety instructions
Do not add any chemical additives to the water in
the container.
Do not iron wet laundry, only iron-dry or dry
laundry.
Never point the stream of steam at people, as it can
be dangerous.
Do not allow water to make contact with any electri-
cal parts when using the steam iron.
If the equipment is used for inappropriate purposes
or incorrectly / illegally operated, no liability will be
accepted for any resulting damage.
After ironing, allow the iron sole to cool down com-
pletely before putting the equipment away.
If the steam station overheats, a thermal safety de-
vice will turn the equipment off for safety reasons.
The device must be reset by a member of Leifheit
customer services before reusing it.

Caution: If individual parts of the complete iro-
ning system are exchanged, always use original
Leifheit replacement parts.
To clean the device, first take out the power plug,
let the equipment cool down and wipe the surface
only with a damp cloth.
Do not leave the complete system (in particular the
steam iron) unattended while it is connected to the
power supply.
If the equipment is scrapped, it should be rendered
unusable (e.g. by cutting the cable and removing
the plug).
Do not "park" the iron on the ironing surface.
Instead, always park it on the grey silicone
rest provided for that purpose on the integra-
ted steam station. You might otherwise cause
deformation of the ironing surface, which is not
covered by the guarantee.
