4. Turn the wheelbarrow over and attach the tray braces to the tray with a
15mm bolt. Add the washer, lock washer and nut then hand tighten.

6. Place the axle through the tube, then add the wheel and other axle tube.
Use the other 60 mm bolt to secure the remaining tray brace, handle and
axle tube. Apply a washer, lock-washer and nut then hand tighten.
