Extent of warranty
The sales warranty covers 2 years from the date of delivery of the product to the customer. The warranty
covers manufacture defects: missing parts, and hardware, and damage occurring under normal conditions
of use.
Warranty exclusions
The warranty does not cover issues or incidents arising from incorrect use of the product.
The product warranty cover is limited to the value of the product.
Namely excluded are the following cases:
• Damage upon setup.
• Fading colours and stains resulting from non-compliance with the maintenance instructions.
• All issues resulting from incorrect use of the product (including damage).
• Upon opening the pack, cutter slashes, staple marks, marks on the table surface from being placed on
In case of encountering problems with your piece of furniture, please contact the manager of the garden
department in your store. Keep your invoice or your receipt because they will be requested for processing
any claims.
