Trouble-shooting/solution

The pumps cannot be activated after connection to mains voltage?
Check and replace fuse at the power supply (h). Open the little drawer
(fuse 6.3 Amp-slow- m5*20) and change the fuse if blown.
The hose cannot be coupled to the outlet connector (g)?
Check whether the standard connector on the hose is the same as the one on the
Hove Refiller.
Equalize possible pump pressure by opening and closing the flush valve (f).
The pump is not running even though the start button is activated?
Check whether the speed variator (c) is at zero. If so, set the wanted speed.
The grease/the liquid runs/splashes irregularly from the pump when pumping
(Air in the system)?
Check whether the container/cartridge is correctly screwed onto the adapter (a).
Check whether the O-ring is at the bottom of the thread of the adapter (a).
Check whether the O-rings fit on the top part of the pump.
Check whether the adapter, with container/cartridge mounted has been
pressed tightly onto the pump.
Adjust in case of one of the above defects!
Ventilate possible air in the pump by shortly opening and closing the flush
valve (f).
Precautions
All parts in contact with the lubricant MUST be kept clean to prevent contamination of
the lubricant and thus avoid damaging the lubricated parts and the Hove Easy Grease
pump.
In order to ensure this, the dust covers must ALWAYS be mounted on hose ends and
the pump suction inlet when the pump is not in use.
The adapter and the dust covers must be stored in plastic bags or equal when they are
not mounted.
The warranty on the Hove Easy Grease pump and associated parts do NOT include
problems related to contamination of the lubricant or pump.
