PUESTA EN SERVICIO:
1. Asegurarse de que se han seguido las indicacio-
nes del apartado instalación.
2. Conectar la tetina de salida del Intercooler (10) a la
entrada de agua del equipo a refrigerar mediante
un tubo.
3. Conectar el tubo de entrada del Intercooler (7) a la
salida de agua del equipo a refrigerar.
4. Llenar el deposito de agua del Intercooler a través
de orificio (12) hasta que el nivel de líquido llegue a
la parte superior del visor (5).
5. Abrir las válvulas (6) y (9).
6. Comprobar que los tubos no pierdan agua.
7. Comprobar el nivel del depósito (visor 5) y en caso
necesario rellenar por el orificio (12)
8. Ajustar la presión mediante la válvula (8).
NOTA:
* La válvula antiretorno (11) sirve para evitar el re-
troceso del fluido refrigerante cuando se para la
máquina y que se inunde el interior de la máqui-
na.
* Para temperaturas inferiores 5ºC utilizar
anticongelante en lugar de agua.
PUESTA EN MARCHA:
Una vez efectuado las operaciones y comprobaciones
de los apartados «Instalación» y «Puesta en servicio» :
1. Accionar interruptor bomba (1)
2. Accionar interruptor compresor (4)
3. Prefijar temperatura de trabajo en el controlador (3).

PUTTING INTO OPERATION:
1. Be sure of have followed installation intem instruc-
tions
2. Connect by a tube, outlet (10) and inlet of the ap-
paratus object of refrigeration.
3. Connect by a tube, inlet (7) and outlet of the appa-
ratus object of refrigeration.
4. Fill the Intercooler tank through hole (12) to top
level. See level watching (5).
5. Turn on valves (6) and (9).
6. Check water leaks of tubes.
7. Check tank level (level watching 5). and if it is
necessary fill again using hole (12).
8. Adjust pressure using valve (8).
NOTE:
* One way valve (11) is useful to avoit that fluid come
back and flood the intercooler when apparatus is
stopped.
* To work at temperatures lower than 5ºC use anti-
freeze insted of water.
START UP:
After operations and checkings of "Installation" and
"Putting into operation":
1. Switch on pump switch (1).
2. Switch on pump switch (4).
3. Programme a working temperature using fol-
lowing manufacturer instructions:
