STEP 3
1. Insert Top upright frame (3) to Lower upright frame (2L/R) respectively, and then
attach Backrest frame (10), VKR frame (5L/R) to the joint of Top upright frame（3）
and Lower upright frame (2L/R) by Hex bolt (13),Flat washer(14), Nylon nut(15).
Note: Don't lock the bolt tightly now.
