NOTE: If you are unsure of assembling and installing the vanity top and bowl,
Hardware Resources recommends that you seek an installation professional.
TOOLS & SUPPLIES NEEDED:
• Bath & Tile Silicone Sealant • Screwdriver • Pencil
1. Prepare
a. Carefully place the vanity top POLISHED side down on a
soft smooth surface to prevent scratching or scuffing.
b. Clean the under side of the vanity top with a damp towel
to remove any debris to ensure a secure seal to the bowl.
c. Allow time for the vanity top to dry before proceeding to
Step 2.
3. Apply Silicone
a. Apply a generous bead of Bath & Tile silicone around the
entire template between the drawn line and the bowl
cutout.
b. Carefully and quickly place bowl back onto the vanity top
using the drawn template as a guide.
c. Again, situate the bowl so that the overflow hole is facing the
front of the vanity top (opposite from the plumbing holes).
**Instructions are applicable for the installation of Hardware Resources bowls, tops, and vanities. If using other components, follow manufacturer instructions.

2. Draw a Template
a. Place the bowl on the exposed surface of the vanity top
and center it between the anchor holes.
b. Situate the bowl so that the overflow hole is facing the
front of the vanity top (opposite from the plumbing holes).
c. Using the pencil, trace around the entire edge of the bowl.
d. Once the template is completed, carefully remove the bowl.
4. Attach Brackets
a. Place brackets over the anchor holes in the vanity top and
tighten with the provided screws.
Note: Hardware Resources vanity bowls include anchor kits and screws.
These Jeffrey Alexander vanity tops are pre anchored and will not require
the additional set of anchor pieces. Only the brackets and screws will be used.
