Operation

Service life of the rechargeable lead batteries:
– For 100% discharged battery pack:
approx. 250 charge/discharge cycles
– For 30% discharged battery pack:
approx. 1,200 charge/discharge cycles
To avoid damage caused by deep discharge,

regularly recharge the battery pack
$ If you allow the battery pack to reach the deep
discharge threshold (approx.9 V), your balance/scale
will turn off automatically
> Hours of operation for the Basic
Series (GM): 25 hours
To save electricity:
– disconnect the connecting cable, or
– select the menu code 8. 3. 1 "On/Off" via the param-
eter settings of your balance/scale. You can then
turn off your balance/scale by pressing the e key.
