Attention
For models SP 65 – SM 50 – SP 70 – SM 70 only:
• Place the filter complete with the filter support basket
in the waste tank
• Ensure that the open gap in the basket is positioned
against the vacuum air inlet.
To clean the polyester filter, after wearing proper protection
gear to protect your respiratory tract:
Remove the polyester filter and shake it out in a garbage
can,
For deeper cleaning, blow compressed air from inside the
filter,
The filter can be washed with normal mild laundry
detergents.
Attention
Ensure the filter is completely dry before re-use.
If damaged or worn out, replace the polyester filter and
the filter support ring.
Do not vacuum dust or solid matter without the properly
installed polyester filter.
4.C- SPONGE FILTER (Not available for SP 30 DRY AND SM 25 DRY)
This filter must always be used to vacuum liquid matter.
To assemble:
Insert the sponge filter onto the float basket.
Attention
For 2/3 motor models only:
• The sponge filter must be assembled under the
basket.
To clean the sponge filter:
Remove the sponge filter,
Wash it with a normal mild laundry detergent.
Ensure it is completely dry before re-use.
Attention
If damaged or worn out, replace the sponge filter.
Do not vacuum liquid matter without a properly installed
sponge filter.

5. USE OF ATTACHMENTS

Each machine is supplied with a series of attachments.
5.A- FLEXIBLE HOSE
The insertion of the flexible hose into the vacuum air inlet is
described in paragraph 3.B FLEXIBLE HOSE ASSEMBLY.
Diameter 36 flexible hose is supplied with an ergonomic handle
which can be used directly for vacuuming.
Suction power can be regulated by moving the tab positioned on
this handle.
5.B- EXTENSION TUBES DIAMETER 36
Assemble the extension tube onto the ergonomic handle.
The second extension tube can also be used if needed.
5.C – DOUBLE ELBOW EXTENSION TUBES DIAMETER 40
Line up the orientation notches on the tubes and connect the
two tubes together.
Connect the extension tubes to the flexible hose cuff.
Connect the other end of the extension tube to the attachment

needed.
These extension tubes allow the user to reach difficult spaces
such as under furniture, under beds, etc.
5.D- WET FLOOR NOZZLE
Use this attachment to vacuum liquid matter.
5.E – DRY FLOOR NOZZLE
Use this attachment to vacuum dry floors and parquet or wood
floors.
5.F - CREVICE TOOL – ROUND BRUSH – UPHOLSTERY TOOL
Each of these attachments can be used by connecting it to the
extension tube or directly to the flexible hose.
5.G - COMBINATION FLOOR NOZZLE
Use this attachment to vacuum floors, parquet, or carpets and rugs.
To vacuum carpets or rugs, press the lever with
this symbol; the brush strips will retract into
the nozzle.
To vacuum floors or parquet, press the lever
with
protrude from the nozzle.
6. USE FOR DRY VACUUMING
To vacuum dust and solid matter, the polyester filter must always
be installed, even in the presence of the optional filter bag.
Attention
Do not use the above-mentioned filtration systems to
vacuum sharp or ragged objects (glass, nails, etc.).
Other optional filtration systems to increase air filtration efficiency
are available for purchase, such as:
Class M cartridge filter
Class H HEPA cartridge filter
Paper filter bag
Nylon filter
7. USE FOR WET VACUUMING
Attention
DRY models must not be used to vacuum liquids.
To vacuum liquid matter:
Remove all installed filtrations systems except the sponge
filter,
Empty the waste tank (see paragraph 8. MAINTENANCE),
The sponge filter must ALWAYS be installed.
When the level of liquid in the tank reaches the maximum allowable
limit, the safety float will block the suction. At that point, turn off
the machine immediately and proceed with emptying the tank (see
paragraph 8. MAINTENANCE).
Attention
If a large amount of liquid is to be vacuumed, to ensure at
least a partial flow of air never completely immerse the
attachment or the flexible hose into the liquid.
Attention
The machine must always remain in the vertical position,
especially with liquid in the tank.
