(For vehicles without existing weldnuts on side frame) – Same Step 1-2 as above
2. Install hitch – Using pull wire ⑤, feed (2) carriage bolts ① and (2)
spacers ② through access hole, both sides. Leave pull wires attached to
hardware and leave hardware inside the frame temporarily. Raise the hitch
and feed pull wire previously installed through hitch bracket slot. Remove
pull wires and loosely install conical washer ③ and hex nut ④ to hitch.
4. Re-install exhaust - Raise exhaust back into position, install the bolts
removed from the hangers earlier.

3. Tighten the 7/16" fasteners with torque wrench to 50Lb.-Ft. (68 N*M)
Proper torque is needed to keep the hitch secure to the vehicle when towing.
