Remove Cover
1. Unlock the Access Cover. Move the Access Cover slightly forward
and then lift straight up to remove.
Load Media
1. Insert the Media in the Printer, on the bottom for 'fan-folded' media
or on the Media Hanger (optional) for 'roll' media. The media can
also be inserted though the bottom or rear external slots.
2. Adjust the Media Guides to fit the width of the media you are using
and tighten in place with the Thumbscrew. The guides should be
close enough to the tickets to stop 'side to side' movement and yet not
being too tight to cause friction or bowing of the ticket
3. Slide the media through the Media Guides. Continue to feed the
media into the printer until the printer "grabs" the media.
When loading the media be sure the black mark faces down.
If the printer does not feed the media to the proper position then
the Media Sensor may need to be adjusted, (see the Operator's
Manual).
