The Microsteril is a sterilizer of professional custom, booked to all the tools of work in
metal.
The sterilizing action, that develops to a temperature of 240°C, requires a time finite.
The consumption of energy is extremely finite. His effectiveness has been butt and
verified against: HIV - Vibrio Cholerae - Salmonella typhimurium - Escherichia coli -
Bacillus subtilis - Bacillus stereatermophilus
ATTENTIONS
♦ We recommend to clean and dry carefully the material to sterilizer
♦ Before the start, please check that your load withstands without any damages at the
set temperature (240°C +10% for safety).
♦ Don't touch the spheres of quartz during the operation of the sterilizer.
♦ Please hold the cover lifted during the machine functioning and wait the complete
cooling before closing it
♦ The apparatus could achieve elevated external temperatures.
INSTRUCTION FOR USE
1) Fill the pot with the quartz balls.
2) Insert the plug in a 230V socket and press the green switch. It will light itself and
the orange lamp:

> Green lamp: power on
4) After 45' minute the inner temperature gets 240°C (464°F)
The orange light will be off and on to keep steady the temperature.
5) Put inside the balls the cleaning instruments and leave them for the time they need
to become sterile. (30'' seconds)
6) For switch the sterilizer off, just press the green switch.
The sterilizer can remain on and ready for sterilizing till 10 - 12 hours.
IMPORTANT: in the sterilizer go inserted exclusively objects in metal, adequately
washed.
Ascertaining that the sterilized instruments don't remain to the inland of the sterilizer
beyond the necessary time
