Presentation

The MCD IV Low Heat Module is a multi-temperature hydraulic module equipped with a plate exchanger, a motorised 3-way mixing valve and
a three-speed pump. The MCD IV can be used to manage a conventional radiator circuit (Zone 1) and a low temperature fl oor heating circuit
(Zone 2). The MCD IV can be quickly installed directly beneath the boiler.
The MCD IV can operate in one of two regulation modes:
Scenario no. 1: the boiler is equipped with a BUS connection. The boiler and the module communicate for optimised operation. The module
and heating can be confi gured directly on the boiler control panel. They can also be confi gured using an Expert control system interface
(option) connected to the BUS.
Scenario no. 2: the boiler does not have a BUS connection option. When a heating request is sent to the module, the signal is transferred to the
boiler by a dry contact. An Expert control system interface (option) must then be used to confi gure the module and heating.
