The appropriate connecting cable depends on the used medium and on the national standards!

Place the locking cap, the cutting ring and the o-ring in the illustrated order on the connecting cable. Insulate the end of the cable
11 mm (0.433 in).

Push the ferrule firmly onto the copper cable, so that the copper wire protrudes out of the ferrule. Crimp the thin end of the ferrule with a
suitable tool to achieve a solid connection between ferrule and copper wire. Cut the excess cable flush with the ferrule. Put the pressure
spring on the ferrule and push it into the electrode. Move the o-ring and the cutting ring close to the ferrule.

Screw the locking cap and the electrode together, handtight or with a tightening torque of 1.2 Nm. Then screw the protective cover on
the locking cap.
