VERIFICATION PROCEDURE

In addition to routine audits at each use, a PPE must be routinely audited by a competent person. CLiC-iT recommends a
verification every 12 months and after any exceptional event in the life of the product. For any non-conformity contact CLiC-iT
for replacement or repair

Verification of a PPE must be carried out using the technique of the leaflet supplied by the manufacturer.

Product history
Any unforeseen degradation of a PPE should be followed by quarantine
pending a thorough check.
The user must:
- Provide accurate information on conditions of use
- Report any exceptional PPE event (Examples: dropping or stopping a fall, use or storage at
extreme temperatures, modification outside the manufacturer's workshops, etc.)
Check that the life of the product is not exceeded.
Compare with a new device the absence of modification or loss of an element.
