generAL sAFetY InstructIons

Read the directions for use carefully before turning on the appliance and keep them together with the warranty, the
receipt and, if possible, the box with the inside packing material.

The appliance has been designed solely for personal use for its intended purpose. This appliance is not specified for
professional use. Do not use outdoors.

Keep away from sources of heat, direct sunlight, damp (never immerse in any liquid) and sharp edges. Do not use
the appliance with wet hands. If the appliance is damp or wet, unplug immediately. Do not place in water. Keep dry.

When cleaning or moving to another location, turn off the appliance and pull the plug from the socket (pull on the plug,
never on the power cord) if the appliance is not being used and remove the included attachments.

Never leave the appliance unattended. In order to protect children from the hazards involved with electrical
appliances, make sure that the power cord is not hanging and that children cannot reach the appliance.

Regularly check the appliance and power cord for damage. Do not use the appliance if it is damaged.

Use only original spare parts. The appliance can only be used with the attachments supplied.

This product must not be used by children or by other people without assistance or supervision if their physical,
sensory or mental condition limits safe use of the appliance. Children must be watched to make sure that they do not
play with the appliance.

If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its authorised technical service or a qualified

BeFore usIng tHe HAIr trImmer
This appliance has been designed to trim hair to give a professional look.
Charge for 8 hours before using the appliance for the first time.
oPerAtIon
It can operate both connected to the mains and with batteries
To charge the battery, connect the hair trimmer to a 230V AC (alternating current) mains socket. The appliance can be
fully charged in 8 hours. A full charge will give enough power for about 50/60 minutes of use. The charging light will be red
and will remain lit until the appliance is taken out of its adapter.
The advantage of having two batteries is that while one of the batteries is charging (connected to the adapter), you can
use your hair trimmer with the other battery.

To remove, simply pull outwards with your
finger on the base of the comb.
cleaning the blade
Hold the hair trimmer facing upwards
with one hand while you remove
the blade from its housing, carefully
pulling upwards.
Clean the blade with the brush
supplied. Press the leaver to release
the blade holder and remove any
hairs that may be caught on the
blade. Place 2 or 3 drops of oil to
lubricate the blade.
To reassemble, set the scale to 2.0;
push the blade block until it clicks
firmly into the position indicated by
the arrow.
Warnings for charging

Never recharge the battery at temperatures below 0ºC or above 40ºC.

Avoid recharging the battery under direct sunlight or near a source of heat.

Avoid charging continuously for more than 48 hours as this may damage the battery.

To clean the trimmer, use only a cloth slightly
dampened with water or a mild soap solution.

Never use alkaline solutions.

Never immerse the hair trimmer in water.

Keep the hair trimmer out of children's reach.
-
The hair trimmer may become hot during operation
or charging. This is normal.
