INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
FOR SHOPLIGHT, MODEL HBSL-25G
Please read carefully and save these instructions. Failure to do so may lead to electrical shock
or fire, which could be injurious or even fatal. or fire which could be injurious or even fatal
All electrical connections must be in accordance with local, and national electrical codes.
Prior to installation it is important to follow the following guidelines:
A. Be sure the insulation power cord has not been damaged during installation and that
there are no rough or sharp edges in contact with the wires. th h h d
B. Use only the type and wattage of light bulb specified label found on the fixture.
ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION
Tools needed for installation: Pliers, Philips Screwdriver
1. Lay the REFLECTOR (1) on top of the CHANNEL (2), such that all internal wiring are
completely enclosed and the LAMPHOLDERS (3) protrude out from the provided slots of
the REFLECTOR (1). Be sure that the REFLECTOR (1) orientation is such that the
REFLECTOR (1) screw hole lines up with the CHANNEL (2) screw hole. Ground the
REFLECTOR (1) by threading the GROUND SCREW (5) through the REFLECTOR (1) and
CHANNEL (2) screw holes. To secure the REFELCTOR (1) onto the CHANNEL (2) insert
the TWIST-LOCKS (4) through the provided holes of the REFLECTOR (1) and turn 90°. ( ) g

2. Pull all four LAMPHOLDERS (3) until they snap into the REFLECTOR (1) slot. (Fig.2)
3. Install the fluorescent lamps (not provided) into the fixture LAMPHOLDERS (3). Be
sure to use the correct type and wattage lamps, which are specified on the provided label
on the fixture. Snap the WIRE GUARD (7) onto the WIRE GUARD CLIPS (8). (Fig. 3)
4. Attach the small loops of the "S" HOOKS (5) to an end of each SUPPORT CHAIN (6).
F d th l Feed the large loops of the "S" HOOKS (5) through the provided holes of the CHANNEL
(2). Close both ends of each "S" HOOK (5) using pliers. (Fig. 4)

5. Select the desired installation location. Be sure that a standard 120 V/60 Hz outlet is
located within reach of the fixture's power cord. Install two hooks (not supplied) on the
desired location of the ceiling. Be sure to install the ceiling hooks no more than fixture desired location of the ceiling Be sure to install the ceiling hooks no more than fixture
length apart. Install the fixture to the ceiling by looping the remaining ends of each
CHAIN (6) to each ceiling-installed hook.
6. Plug the fixture's power cord to a 120 V/60 Hz outlet.
INSTALLATION IS NOW COMPLETED.
