When unpacking, check the parts diagram and
part number listing on next pages to make sure
1.- Assemble feet on the base.
2.- Assembly the vertical inside tube placing the
ring with locking screw.
3.- Assembly the lower horizontal tube.
4.- Assembly the upper horizontal tube.
