1. Operation of the Seconds Interval
Timer
With the Seconds Interval Timer you can switch off a
device for, for example, 60 minutes, then switch on the
device for 2 minutes (= 120 seconds). This cycle repeats
itself.
2. Setting of the Seconds Interval
Timer
Use the left rotary knob "Pulse" to set the number of
seconds that the device must be switched on. This
setting is automatically saved.
Use the right rotary knob "Pause" to set the number of
minutes that the device must be switched off. This
setting is also saved automatically.
The backlight goes off after a few seconds. When you
turn one of the knobs, the LCD screen will light up and
display the set value. ATTENTION: as soon as you turn
one of the knobs, the setting changes.
You will see alternately on the top line of the screen:
On 253s / Off 34m
A few seconds after the settting, the Seconds Interval
Timer will start the cycle with the setting of the knob
with which you have defined the last setting (pulse or
pause).

3. Meaning LED

The Seconds Interval Timer has an indicator LED with 2
colors:
Green: the Seconds Interval Timer gives a pulse.
Red: the Seconds Interval Timer is in pause mode.

4. Operation light sensor (LDR)

The Seconds Interval Timer has a light sensor on the
front of the device. You can determine when the
program you have set is active. You can choose from 3
options:
Day – The Seconds Interval Timer only works if the LDR
(light-dependent resistor) detects light.
Night – The Seconds Interval Timer only works if the
LDR does not detect light.
24Hr – The Seconds Interval Timer operates constantly.

If you want to adjust the function of the light sensor,
press the small button on the back of the Seconds
Interval Timer. Use a thin object, like a paper clip, to
reach it. By default, the Seconds Interval Timer is set to
24Hr. The set function is shown on the bottom line of
the screen:

5. Replace the fuse

If the Seconds Interval Timer is overloaded or in the
event of a short circuit, the internal fuse will break. To
replace the fuse you have to open the Seconds Interval
Timer. Go through the following steps:
1. Remove the plug from the socket.
2. Open the housing by unscrewing the 4 screws on
the back of the Seconds Interval Timer.
3. Locate the fuse and remove it.
4. Insert a new 6.4 amp fuse.
5. Screw the 4 screws to close the housing.
6. Your Seconds Interval Timer is ready for use again.
