Electric Hotplate Use instructions
USE ADVICE
Never leave oil and fat to be heated without supervision.
Do not touch the surface of the plate when the appliance is in use or getting hot.
The plate has been manufactured only for heating or cooking food. It is recommended to
use the plate when the fry pan is already placed on it.
Do not use the appliance in open space/outdoors.
Fry pan
For the most efficient use of your hot plate, the cooking utensils used should be with a solid base
and be as even as possible, with a diameter of about 18mm to 20mm, and a maximum quantity of
12 L.
HOW TO USE THE HOT PLATE
When using the hot plate for the first time, connect the plug to the socket and turn the hot plate to
the highest temperature for 3-5 minutes to remove dust of manufacture or storage.
Turn on the appliance by turning the switch. When the light indicator turns on, the appliance is in
use.
Torn on the switch to get desired 5 levels of :
1)slow cooking, delicate piece of food, thickening sauces, etc.;
2)for simmering large quantities ;
3)shallow trying of meat ;
4)to bring all dishes to rapid heat ;
5)to bring all dishes to boil
The light indicator turn off when the hot plate reaches the selected temperature, and the product of
heating and stopping will recycle to maintain the temperature.
Do not use the appliance for more than one hour.
Disconnect the hot plate from the socket when it is not in use and the check the switch is on (0).
Leave the appliance cooling down before storing.
CLEANING
Turn off the appliance and disconnect from the socket. Then clean with a lightly damp cloth or with
a non abrasive detergent.
