Instructions Before Use
Always follow these safety guidelines. Failure to do so may
result in serious bodily injury or death.
General Safety

WARNING!
When using the rapid inflator, basic safety
precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of
fire, electric shock, and personal injury. These include:
1. Keep work area clean and well-lit –
Cluttered, dark areas invite accidents.
2. Keep children, bystanders, and pets away –
All spectators, including pets, should be kept a safe
distance away from the work area.
3. Operate cordless rapid inflator in an open area at least
18 in. (45.7 cm) away from any wall or object that could
restrict the flow air to ventilation openings.
4. Stay alert – Watch what you are doing. Use common
sense. Do not operate the cordless rapid inflator when you
are tired, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
5. Dress properly – Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry.
They can get caught in moving parts. Loose clothes,
jewelry, or long hair can be caught in moving parts.
6. Avoid unintentional starting – Do not carry the cordless
rapid inflator with your finger on the trigger.
7. Do not overreach – Keep proper footing and balance at
all times. Proper footing and balance enable better control
of the cordless rapid inflator in unexpected situations.
8. Use safety equipment – Always wear eye protection.
Dusk mask, non-skid safety shoes, hard hat, or hearing
protection must be used for appropriate conditions.
9. Eye protection is required to guard against flying
fasteners and debris which could cause severe eye injury.
10. Do no wear loose clothing or jewelry – Contain long
hair. Loose clothes, jewelry, or long hair can be drawn into
air vents.

11. Do not use on a ladder or unstable support –
Stable footing on a solid surface enables better control of
the cordless rapid inflator in unexpected situations.
12. Do not force the tool – It will perform better with less
likelihood of personal or mechanical injury if it is used at
the rate for which it was designed.
13. Check hose for weak or worn conditions before each
use, making certain all connections are secure. Do not
use if defect is found. Purchase a new hose or notify an
authorized service center to examination or repair.
14. Release all pressures within the system slowly.
Dust and debris may be harmful.
15. Do not use cordless rapid inflator if switch does not
turn it on or off. The cordless rapid inflator that cannot
be controlled with the switch is dangerous and must be
repaired.
16. Disconnect battery pack from the cordless rapid
inflator or place the switch in the locked or off
position before making any adjustments, changing
accessories, or storing the cordless rapid inflator.
Such preventive safety measures reduce the risk of
starting the cordless rapid inflator accidentally.
17. Store idle cordless rapid inflator out of reach of children
or other untrained persons. Cordless rapid inflators are
dangerous in the hands of untrained users.
18. When battery pack is not in use, keep it away from metal
objects like: paper clips, coins, keys, nails, screws,
or other small metal objects that can make a connection
from one terminal to another. Shorting the battery
terminals together may cause sparks, burns, or a fire.
19. Check for misalignment or binding of moving parts,
breakage of parts, and any other condition that may
affect the cordless rapid inflator's operation.
If damaged, have the cordless rapid inflator serviced
before using. Many accidents are caused by poorly
maintained tools.
20. Use only accessories that are recommended by the
manufacturer for your model. Accessories that may be
suitable for one cordless rapid inflator may create a risk of
injury when used on another cordless rapid inflator.
21. Keep the cordless rapid inflator and its handle dry,
clean and free from oil and grease. Always use a clean
cloth when cleaning. Never use brake fluid, gasoline,
petroleum-based products, or any strong solvents to
clean your cordless rapid inflator. Following this rule will
reduce the risk of loss of control and deterioration of the
enclosure plastic.
