POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS IN CASE OF A PROBLEM
If there is a problem with your wine-chiller, please check the table below first before
contacting the repair service. You may be able to fix the problem yourself.
Problem
The wine-chiller does not work.
The wine-chiller is not cool enough.
The wine-chiller vibrates.
The wine-chiller makes too much noise.
The door does not close properly.
Possible causes and solutions
Check if the plug is connected to the
power outlet and if the voltage indicated
on the label on the appliance corresponds
with the voltage of the power net.
Check the temperature settings.
Ambient temperatures may cause the
need of a higher or lower temperature
setting.
The door is being opened too frequently.
The door is not shut properly.
The rubber seal of the door does not
close off properly.
Check whether the wine-chiller is level.
The wine-chiller may not be level.
Check the ventilator.
The wine-chiller may not be level.
The door was reversed and is not in-
stalled properly.
The rubber seal is not strong enough.
The racks are not placed well into the
wine-chiller.
