TRAMONTINA MULTI S.A offers a six-month warranty (for TR50 model) and a one-year warranty (for
all other models) against any manufacturing defects in this products, with a 3-month contractual
warranty (for TR50 model) and 9-month contractual warranty (for all other models) and a 90-day
legal warranty as provided under Article 12 of the Consumer Protection Code.
The warranty period begins as of the date of the sales receipt, which should be attached to this
Notice. The warranty is valid only upon presentation of the sales receipt.
During the warranty period, TRAMONTINA MULTI S.A. will repair or replace, free of charge, any parts
that prove to be defective in workmanship under normal use and service.
The Buyer is responsible for the costs of packaging and shipping the product to the nearest
Authorized Tramontina Service Center.
The Buyer is responsible for servicing, maintaining and periodically cleaning the machine as required,
as well as for following all the precautions listed in the User's Manual.
NOTE
ALL PARTS PROVEN WITH MANUFACTURING DEFECT WILL BE REPLACED WITHOUT COST,
WITHOUT HAVING TO CHANGE THE EQUIPMENT.
