PRECAUTIONS FOR YOUR SAFETY
• Repairs must only be carried out by an after-sales centre authorized by
the manufacturer. Always insist of genuine spare parts. Non-compliance
with what has been stated above could compromise the safety of the
appliance.
• When the scale is not used on a regular base, remove its batteries to
prevent any damage caused by the leakage of chemicals.
• You should also render harmless those parts of the appliance that could
be dangerous, especially for children who might use an abandoned ap-
pliance as a toy.
In case of leakage of the batteries, remove
them carefully. Protect hands to avoid the
contact with the corrosive liquid.
The installation must be performed according to the manufacturer's
instructions. Incorrect installation could cause damage to person, an-
imals and things, for which the manufacturer cannot be held respon-
sible.
