WARNING! After having finished using the appliance,
make sure it has completely cooled down before
putting it away.
Should one of the problems indicated occur, adopt the proposed solution:
Problem
The hopper is not released.
The food continues to turn in the
filters and is not extracted.
Excessive pulp is accumulated
in the filters.
The appliance does not work.
Juice leaks out of the juicing
container.
The hopper does not close.
The appliance stops during
extraction.
The plastic parts stain with
vegetables, such as carrots.
The product is packaged in recyclable materials. Dispose of packaging in accordance
with the environmental protection regulations.
Pursuant to art. 26 of Legislative Decree 14 March 2014, No. 49 "Implementation of
Directive 2012/19/EU on waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE)", the
crossed bin symbol on the appliance or its packaging indicates that the product must
be disposed of separately from other waste at the end of its useful life. The user must
therefore take the appliance to an appropriate recycling centre for electrical and electronic
equipment. Alternatively, instead of handling the disposal, the appliance can be handed
over to the retailer when a new, equivalent appliance is purchased. Retailers of electronic
products having a sales area of at least 400 m
are to be disposed of measuring less than 25 cm, free of charge and with no obligation to buy.
Appropriate separate collection for subsequent recycling of the decommissioned appliance,
treatment and environmentally compatible disposal helps prevent possible adverse effects
on the environment and health and promotes reusing and/or recycling the materials that the
appliance consists of.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Alternatively press REV and ON a couple of times
then try rotating it anti-clockwise again.
Operate in REV mode a couple of times.
Disassemble the filters and auger between one juice
extraction and the next and clean them from residue.
Resume the process.
Close the hopper tightly until it clicks audibly.
Properly close the silicone lever at the bottom of the
container.
Check properly assembly of all the parts: juicing
container, filters and auger.
Press the ON/OFF button to REV and resume
the process. If the appliance should not resume
operation, the motor cutout switch might have tripped
due to overheating. Let the appliance cool down for 10
minutes before re-using it.
Clean the plastic parts with a cloth dipped in
vegetable oil.
