1. Use only Butane fuel when refilling torch. MagTorch branded filtered butane is highly recommended. Use model number
MT150B.
2. Ensure that the torch is extinguished before refilling.
3. Allow sufficient time for torch to cool to room temperature before refilling the torch with fuel.
4. Refill torch in a well ventilated area free of fire or other sources of ignition and away from people.
5. Never smoke while refilling the torch.
6. Hold the torch with the GAS REFILL VALVE (3) up.
7. Invert fuel canister and insert the fuel canister tip into the GAS REFILL VALVE (3).
8. Push the fuel canister and torch together to allow fuel to flow into the torch fuel tank. Torch should be filled in about 10
seconds.
9. Stop refilling once the fuel begins to overflow.
10. Wait 3 minutes to allow fuel gas to stabilize before igniting the torch.
Tipping the gas cylinder more than 60 degrees from its upright position may cause torch to flare. The torch has a built-in regulator that
controls pressure and reduces the risk of pulsating or yellow flames when used other than upright. It is recommended to start working with a
disposable hand torch cylinder at room temperature and to keep torch upright as much as possible.
INTERMITTENT USE MODE
1.
Turn FLAME ADJUSTMENT (5) dial in the middle between the "-" and "+" position.
2.
Release the SAFETY LOCK (4) by sliding the lock down towards the bottom of the torch. The lock should click and hold in a downward
position.
3.
Hold the torch in your hand and point the nozzle away from yourself, anyone near you, or any flammable liquids or objects. Use your
thumb to press the TRIGGER IGNITION (2) in towards the BURNER (1). It is not uncommon for you to have to press the TRIGGER
IGNITION (2) two or three times to ignite the torch. Note: Each try will require sliding down the SAFETY LOCK (4) before pressing the
TRIGGER IGNITION (2).
ADJUST FLAME
1.
Moving the FLAME ADJUSTMENT (5) dial towards the "+" will increase the flame size.
2.
Moving the FLAME ADJUSTMENT (5) dial towards the "-" will decrease the flame size.

Residual gas may keep the flame burning briefly. Make sure the fire is completely extinguished before setting torch down or storing torch.
2.
Allow several minutes for torch to cool. Never leave torch unattended.
3.
When torch is cool, store torch out of reach of children.
4.
Do not expose torch to temperatures in excess of 120°F/49°C.
5.
Store torch in well ventilated areas.
