Step 7
(a) Insert burner valve wire into
the electrode wire plug.
(b) Insert valve orifice into burner
venturi.
(c) Use two M6 × 12 mm bolts
and two M6 washers to mount
the control panel to the lower grill
body from the inside of the firebox
as illustrated.
Electrode
Note: Keep the electrode and
burner about 3-4 mm
apart.
Step 8
With the lower grill body assembly
upside down, attach two control
panel support brackets, using two
M6 × 12 mm bolts. Then attach
two M6 × 8 mm bolts to connect
lower plate. Next attach valve
fixed plate, then secure by using
two #8 self-tapping screws, one
M4 × 10 mm bolts and one M4 nut
as illustrated.
Note: The longer tab of
control panel support
bracket connects to
the firebox. The
shorter tab connects
to control panel.
