4. Position the
OPTIONAL ARM so
that the
THUMBSCREWS
protruding from the
front side of the WALL
PLATE align with its
holes. Tighten the
THUMBSCREWS into
the holes of the
OPTIONAL ARM until
it is secured flush
against the WALL
PLATE.(Fig. 8)

INSTALLATION (Fig. 9)
1. Unscrew the LOCK NUTS from the MOUNTING BRACKET, as shown.
2. Pull the power supply wires out from the OUTLET BOX, and attach the MOUNTING
BRACKET to the OUTLET BOX, using the BRACKET MOUNTING SCREWS.
3. Strip approximately ¼" of insulation from each supply wire from the OUTLET BOX.
Raise the MAIN FIXTURE BODY to the wall, bringing the WALL PLATE close to the
OUTLET BOX. Make the following wire connections using the WIRE NUTS :
WHITE (NEUTRAL) SUPPLY WRE
BLACK (HOT) SUPPLY WIRE
SUPPLY GROUND WIRES
Wrap each wire connection with 2" of electrical tape.
4. Place the WALL PLATE over the OUTLET BOX, making sure the FIXTURE
MOUNTING SCREWS feed through the holes on the WALL PLATE. Adjust the
FIXTURE MOUNTING SCREWS until they protrude out from the WALL PLATE ¼".
Remove the WALL PLATE and secure the position of the FIXTURE MOUNTING
SCREWS by tightening the HEX NUTS against the MOUNTING BRACKET.
5. Carefully tuck all WIRES and WIRE NUTS into the OUTLET BOX. Place the WALL
PLATE back onto the FIXTURE MOUNTING SCREWS, and secure it into place using
the LOCK NUTS.

1. Afloje y retire las TUERCAS HEXAGONALES y ARANDELAS DE ESTRELLA de la
PLACA DE PARED. (Fig. 5-1) Extraiga los TORNILLOS DE MARIPOSA y las
ARANDELAS DE GOMA de la PLACA DE PARED. (Fig. 5-2) Mantenga los
TORNILLOS DE MARIPOSA, ARANDELAS DE GOMA, y ARANDELAS DE
ESTRELLA. Mantenga las TUERCAS HEXAGONALES en caso de la eliminación del
BRAZO OPCIONAL en el futuro .

2. Deslice las ARANDELAS DE ESTRELLA en los TORNILLOS DE MARIPOSA. Inserte
los TORNILLOS DE MARIPOSA en los agujeros de la parte trasera de la PLACA DE
PARED. (Fig. 6-1) En la parte frontal de la PLACA DE PARED, deslice las
ARANDELAS DE GOMA en los TORNILLOS DE MARIPOSA. (Fig. 6-2)
