Assembly
Refer to the illustrations on page 2 of this manual. Required tools (not included):
[A] Mount the grinder holder [2] on the base [8] using 2 bolts, nuts and washers
[A] Screw the lateral supports [1] into the threaded openings.
[B] Mount the fixed part [7] of the clamping assembly on the base [8] with 2 hex bolts, washers and nuts.
Mount in the longer of the 2 grooves.
[B] Mount the clamping part [6] of the clamping assembly in the shorter groove. Use the M8 x 35 mm bolt
and the square nut.
[B] Place the clamping lever [5] over the bolt, small hole aligned with the threaded hole and insert a bolt
M6 x 14 mm.
[C] Mount the protection guard [4] on the base [8] using an M6 x 14 mm bolt and nut.

Use
Inspect the grinder stand for signs of damage before every use. When damage is noticed, do not use it.
Contact your local dealer for repair and/or spare parts.
Keep the working area clean at all times.
Place the grinder stand on a flat and steady surface capable of carrying the weight of the stand and the
work piece. Do not use on slopes etc. ...
For security reasons, it is highly recommended to attach the grinder stand to the work bench. Screw
4 screws (not incl.) through the 4 corners of the base [8].
Remove the handle from a suitable grinder (not incl., size 180/230 mm) and place it in the grinder holder
[2].
Use the appropriate bolts and nuts [3] to hold the grinder in place. Apply bolts on both sides of the grinder.
Position the lateral supports [1] in such a way that the grinder is securely fixed and can not move inside
the holder [2].
Place the work piece on the base [8] against the fixed part [7] of the clamping assembly. When necessary,
reposition the latter.
[D] Slide the clamping part [6] of the clamping assembly against the work piece and move the clamping
lever [5] clockwise to clamp the work piece.
Switch on the grinder.
[D] When the grinder is at full speed, gently pull down the grinder.
When finished, gently lift the grinder.
Switch off the grinder and wait until the grinding disc comes to a full stop before handling the work piece.
