TROUBLESHOOTING WITH ELECTRIC - MANUAL DRIVE
POSSIBLE CAUSE
There is no mains supply.
The motor has overheated.
Incorrect limit switch adjustment.
Incorrect motor programming.
The batteries in the remote control have run out.
Ropes may be broken or stuck.
Signal too far from a motor.
The button was not pressed firmly enough.
Return pulleys dirty or not perfectly aligned.
The motors are programming.
Return pulleys dirty.
Rope not perfectly aligned to pulleys or slipped off pulleys.

TESTS AND REMEDIES
Check the electric current.
Wait 10-15 minutes to allow the motor to cool down.
Consult the motorisation instructions to reprogram the limit
switch.
Programme the motors again.
Change the batteries in the remote control.
Check the ropes are correctly routed in the return pulleys.
Move close to the motor; press the inverse direction button
until reaching the limit stop, then repeat the control.
Press the inverse direction button until reaching the limit stop,
then repeat the control while pressing firmly.
Clean the return pulleys (see chap. maintenance).
End and quit programming.
Operate the motor using the manual handle.
Clean the return pulleys.
Check the ropes are correctly routed in the return pulleys and
aligned with them.
