Possible cause
CONFIG and USER parameters are not set
correctly
1. An object is trapped between the load
cell and the bottom of the scale
2. Load cell was hit hard
Remedy
Reset CONFIG and USER parameters
according to the user calibration.
1. Remove the object
2. Perform linearity calibration
3. Loosen the transport safety screws.
4. Place the load on the centre of the
weighing platform
