Features:
-
What is the COMPACT INTERCOM MONITOR WITH STANDARD HANDSET ( MONITOR)?
It is a standard digital monitor that, besides being able to communicate with panels and switchboards; it can also perform voice
o
intercommunication with up to 6 other intercom devices (TELEPHONE/MONITOR) connected at the same bus.
-
"Enable/Disable" Self-Starting configuration Jumper (J1).
If the jumper of J1 is removed or it is in 1-2 position, the self-starting will be enabled. If it is in 2-3 position, it will be disabled. The self-
o
starting can also be disabled for the entire installation form the panel.
-
"MASTER/SLAVE" Configuration Jumper (J2).
There can only be a MASTER device sharing the same bus. The rest must be SLAVES. If the jumper of J1 is removed or it is in 2-3 position, the
o
device will be set as MASTER. If it is in 1-2 position, it will be SLAVE. The facility will not work at all if there isn't any MASTER device or even if
there is more than one device set as MASTER.
-
MONITOR ID for "Panel Calls".
The MONITOR always responds to calls made from the panels to the code 1 except if SWITCH-5 is ON. In this case, the MONITOR will
o
respond to calls made from panels to code 2.
-
INTERCOMMUNICATION ID (switches from 1 to 4 of Sw1 ).
It is possible to codify addresses from 1 to 6, using the first 4 switches of the SW2. In case an ID greater than 6 is codified, the system will

warn us with a continuous beep.
-

Switch 5. As mentioned above, if it is activated (down), this device will respond to panel calls to code 2.

Switch 6. Only Intercom. If it is activated (down), this will be only an intercom device. It will not be able to communicate with neither panels
o
nor switchboards.
Switch 7. Only Reception. If it is activated (down), this device will not be able to initiate any intercom calls. It will only be able to respond to
