To replace the thermostatic cartridge with the
handle (6.O) shut down the hydraulic system and
follow the instructions given below:
loosen the grub screw (6.M) and pull out the
thermostatic cartridge with the handle (6.O) from
the body. Install the new assembly (6.O) into the
faucet housing carefully aligning the positioning
hole with the seat of the grub screw (6.M). Tighten
the grub screw without forcing it so as to avoid
malfunctionings or damages.
To replace only the thermostatic cartridge (6.L),
follow the instructions given below:
Remove the cap (6.C), loosen the screw (6.D) and
the flat washer (6.E), then slide off the knob (6.F)
and the handle (6.G).
After sliding off the plate (6.B) tighten the stop cocks
(6.N) in clockwise direction using a screwdriver.
Loosen the grub screw (6.M) and pull out the
thermostatic cartridge from the body; remove the
lock nut (6.I) from the thermostatic cartridge.
Install the new thermostatic cartridge (6.L) into the
faucet housing carefully aligning the positioning
hole with the seat of the grub screw (6.M). Tighten
the grub screw without forcing it so as to avoid
malfunctionings or damages.
DO NOT move the bar of the new cartridge (6.L)
so as to not compromise the calibration.
Once completed the replacement, loosen the stop
cocks (6.N) counter-clockwise using a screwdriver.
Reassemble the plate (6.B), install the temperature
lock nut (6.I) as shown, fit the spacer (6.H), the
handle (6.G), the knob (6.F) and fasten with the
screw (6.D) by placing the flat washer (6.E).
Complete by installing the cap (6.C).
Install the temperature adjustment lock nut (6.H)
as shown and screw on the peg (6.I). Assemble
the handle (6.F) putting the ring (6.G) in between.

Lock it using the grub screw (6.D) and complete by
installing the cap (6.E).

Set the temperature by turning the handle (7.A).
MaINTENaNcE Of THE SURfacES
Before cleaning, make sure the faucet is cold (heat
wears the surface of the faucet down). Do not use
products containing acids or corrosive substances.
Wipe the faucet daily with a soft cloth. Do not
use steel wool or metal pads, abrasive sponges or
similar products. Right after cleaning rinse off the
detergent residues with cold water. Damages to
the faucets caused by incorrect treatment are not
covered by the warranty.
