Centres, is authorised to supply replacement parts and to dismantle and refit
components.
Do not obstruct air vents or heat dissipation openings.

2.2 Starting up
Turning off:
To turn the knob into "0" position.

Disconnect the power supply.

During appliance use, it's advisable to clean the hotplates and remove all the residue
which is deposited, using the proper brush or a damp cloth.
Do not submit any heating element to thermic stress, example given to cool it haste
with waterjets.
Do not use pot smaller than plate.

3.1 Daily maintenance
Every evening it's necessary to clean carefully the appliance. A daily cleaning

ensure a perfect hygiene and a good functioning.
Before starting to clean the appliance, disconnect the power supply.

Do not wash the appliance with direct or high pressure jets of water, do not use
•
metal pads, brushes or scrapers in normal steel. If necessary, use stainless steel
pads, but do not rub them against the grain of the metal of the appliance.
