FUNCTIONS
CHARGING THE BATTERY
The headset contains a micro USB input that can be
used to connect to your computer or other charging
device. Plug the micro USB end of the included
cable into the connector on the left earphone, then
plug the other end into your computer or charging
device. The indicator light will turn red whilst
charging, when fully charged this light will change
to blue. Charge time is around 3 hours on an empty
battery.
ACTIVE NOISE CANCELLING
Hold the ANC button for 1 second, the green LED
light will turn on indicating that the noise cancelling
feature is turned on, this is available in both wired
and wireless modes. Hold the ANC button for 1
more second to disable this mode.
BLUETOOTH ON/OFF AND PAIRING
To turn on Bluetooth mode, hold the MFB button
for 3 seconds, this will engage Bluetooth searching
mode and display blue and red flashing lights.
To turn off this mode, hold for a further
3 seconds.
To pair, ensure that your phone or other Bluetooth
device is switched on. Switch on the headset and
activate pairing mode as described above, activate
the Bluetooth feature on your device and select the
SZ-NH300BT option. When successfully connected
the blue light will remain static.
If the headset has been previously paired with
another device, the headphones will automatically
connect to the device when headset is switched on.
If the headphones do not pair within 30 seconds,
the Bluetooth pairing mode will be deactivated.
Press the MFB button again to reactivate pairing
mode
To disconnect the headset from your device, switch
off the headset or disconnect in the Bluetooth menu
of your device.
ADJUSTING VOLUME
Turn the volume up or down using a long press on
the volume +/- buttons whilst listening to music or
during a call. When you reach maximum volume a
warning tone will play.
APPLICATION
The SubZero SZ-NH300BT Noise Cancelling
Headphones can make and receive calls hand
free with a compatible mobile phone. The device
should be within 10 metres of the headphones. This
headset is compliant with Bluetooth Specification
4.1 support with the following profiles: Headset
Profile (HSP) V.16, Hands-free Profile (HFP) V.15,
Advanced Audio Distribution Profile (A2DP) V1.0
and Audio Video Remote Control Profile (AVRCP)
V1.4 Input Rating 5V DC, 0.5a.
CALLS
To make a call, use your mobile phone in the
normal way when the headset is connected via the
Bluetooth. Quickly press the MFB twice to call the
last number in your call list. When receiving a phone
call quickly press MFB to answer or hold for 1.5
seconds to reject the call. To end a call, press the
MFB at any time.
LISTENING TO MUSIC
To listen to music, connect the headphones to a
phone or compatible music player that supports
A2DP Bluetooth. The available music functions
depend on your Bluetooth devices. If you receive or
make a call whilst listening to music, the music will
pause until the call ends.
To play a song, select the music player and press the
play/pause key. To skip to the next track, press the
volume up key quickly. To skip to a previous song,
quickly press the volume down button. To increase
the volume, press and hold the corresponding key.
PASSIVE MODE
You can use the SZ-NH300BT headphones as
wired headphones to save battery life. Simply
input the included cable into the bottom of the
left headphone and connect to your MP3 player or
computer.
LOW BATTERY
When the battery voltage is low there will be a
warning beep every 60 seconds. When the battery is
too low it will switch off automatically.
