1. Install side brackets: Using a clamp, secure and align the side brackets with attachment holes on frame rails, see Figure 1. Using 24mm socket, loosely install (6) M16
bolts ① and (6) M16 flange nuts ② to hold side bracket, both sides.
2. Install center section: Raise the center section into position and loosely secure with side bracket using (4) 9/16'' bolts ③, (4) flat washers ⑤, and (4) locknuts ④,
both sides.
3. Torque all 9/16" fasteners to 120 lb.ft. (163 N*M) and all M16 fasteners to 210 lb.ft. (285 N*M)
Proper torque is needed to keep the hitch secure to the vehicle when towing.
