Fault Diagnosis

The load lowered slowly
Cause 1: Control lever adjusted wrongly
Remedy: Readjust the control lever
➔ Loosen the clamp screw (A)
➔ Adjust the lowering spindle (B) with a screwdriver (C)
➔ Fix the position with the clamp screw (A) (refer to Fig. 4)
Cause 2: Defective drain valve
➔ Replace the drain valve
Cause 3: The drain valve does not close or the valve seat leaks because of oil contamination
➔ Clean the valve
➔ Replace the oil (→ 7.7)
The lift table does not lift, the pump supplies no oil
Cause 1: Air in the hydraulic system
Remedy: Vent the pump
➔ Operate the drain valve [1] with the right hand and at the same time perform a few
➔ Vent the cylinders (→ 7.8)
Cause 2: Lack of oil
Remedy: Top up oil
➔ Vent the cylinders (→ 7.8)
Jerky lowering
Cause: Air in the hydraulic system
Remedy: Vent the cylinders (→ 7.8).
