Anyway, it is compulsory for the
Builder of the machine where the
vibrator is installed to effect the
survey of noisiness in the working
place where the plant or machinery
inside which the vibrator is
incorporated is installed. Such
surveys should be carried out before
the putting into working of the final
plant or machinery.
Moreover, it is compulsory to use
suitable means of protection and
skilled workers.
As the noise is generated almost
only by the plant on which the
vibrator is located, in order to
control the level of noisiness, we
recommend to:
- avoid that on the structure there
are other tools hanging laid or
anyway not tightly fixed;
- check periodically the fastening of
fixing bolts and anchorage;
- convey the air coming out from
the vibrator in an external piping.

Es ist jedoch die Verpflichtung des
Herstellers der Maschine, wo der
Rüttler aufgstellt wird, das
Endgeräusch der Anlage oder der
Maschine zu kontrollieren, so wie die
Verpflichtung des Arbeitsgebers ist,
das Geräusch in Arbeitsraum zu
kontrollieren, wo sich die Anlage
oder die Maschinen befinden, die mit
dem Rüttel ausgerüstet sind.
Diese Kontrollen müssen vor der
Inbetriebnahme der fertigen Anlage
oder Maschine erfolgen.
Personenschutzmittel und
Fachausbildung nach D.L. 626 sind
obligatorisch.
Nachdem das Geräusch von der
Anlage fast auschliesslich erzeugt
wird, wo der Rüttler aufgebaut ist,
empfehlen wir:
- keine andere Geräte aufhängen,
aufsetzen, wenn nicht fest darauf
aufgestellt;
- Die Festspannung der
Mutterschrauben und der
Verankerungen routinmässig
kontrollieren;
- Die Luft aus dem Rüttler in eine
Aussenleitung zu führen.

Il est fait obligation au constructeur de
la machine où le vibrateur est monté
de noter le bruit final sur l'installation
ou bien l'outillage fini, et à l'employeur
de noter le bruit dans l'ambiance de
travail où l'installation ou bien
l'outillage comprenant le vibrateur. Ces
contrôles seront effectués avant la
mise en fonction de l'installation ou
bien de la machine finale.
Il est fait obligation même d'utiliser des
protections personnelles et de la
formation, selon le D.L. 626.
Comme le bruit est produit presque
seulement par l'installation où est fixé
le vibrateur, pour réduire le bruit nous
conseillons de:
- éviter que d'autres outils soient
accrochés, posés sur la structure ou
qu'ils ne soient fermement fixé
- périodiquement vérifier le serrage
des boulons et des ancrages
- diriger l'air en sortie du vibrateur
dans une tubulure extérieure

N.B.: rilevazione effettuata in
condizioni di normale funzionamento
secondo la norma ISO 6081/86, con
vibratore installato su struttura rigida,
elasticamente isolata.
E' comunque obbligo del Costruttore
della macchina in cui il vibratore viene
installato effettuare le rilevazioni di
rumorosità finali sull'impianto o
macchinario finito, così come è
obbligo del Datore di Lavoro
effettuare le rilevazioni della
rumorosità nell'ambiente di lavoro
dove l'impianto o macchinario in cui è
inglobato il vibratore è installato. Tali
rilevazioni dovranno essere effettuate
prima della messa in funzione
dell'impianto o macchinario finale.
E' inoltre obbligatorio l'utilizzo di
adeguati mezzi di protezione
personale e della formazione come
dal D.L. 626.
Poiché il rumore viene generato quasi
esclusivamente dall'impianto sul
quale è fissato il vibratore, al fine di
contenere il livello di rumorosità, Vi
consigliamo di:
- evitare che sulla struttura siano
appesi, appoggiati o comunque non
saldamente fissati altri attrezzi;
- controllare periodicamente il
serraggio dei bulloni di fissaggio e
degli ancoraggi;
- convogliare l'aria in uscita dal
vibratore in una tubazione esterna.
