THIS MANUAL CONTAINS INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE AND MAINTENANCE OF YOUR PROFESSIONAL UV NAIL LAMP. PLEASE READ THIS MANUAL CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS LAMP.
REMOVE PLASTIC PROTECTION FROM THE INTERNAL HOUSING BEFORE FIRST OPERATION. THIS LAMP HAS THE SAME PERFORMANCE AND CURING TIME AS ALL OTHER BRAND NAME UV LAMPS
AVAILABLE ON THE MARkET OF EqUIVALENT wATTAGE.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1) Before plugging the lamp into the electrical outlet, make sure that the lamp switch is in the OFF ("O") position. This lamp operates on 110V.
2) Plug the lamp into an AC power outlet and move the power switch to the ON ("I") position. A red indicator light will flash alternately between the three time settings.
3) After completing the nail gel application, position the hand or foot so that the nails are as close as possible to the center of the dryer's internal housing.
4) Press the "START" button to turn on the UV bulbs and select the desired time setting: "Continuous" (continuous operation) / "120 sec" (timed operation-120 seconds) /
"90 sec" (timed operation-90 seconds).
5) The bulbs will turn off automatically once the pre-set time has elapsed. A red indicator light will once again flash alternately between the three time settings. To stop the flashing, turn off the lamp
by moving the power switch back to OFF ("O") position.
6) In the case of continuous operation, turn off the lamp once the required time has elapsed by moving the power switch back to the OFF ("O") position.
7) Always turn off the lamp after each drying session by moving the power switch back to the OFF ("O") position.
8) Always unplug the lamp after use.
9) Use only recommended UV light bulbs such as Silkline's model 9w-UVBLB.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• Before carrying out any cleaning or maintenance operations, always turn off the lamp and unplug it from the outlet.
• Clean the lamp body with a soft cloth dampened with water. Do not use solvents or abrasive products under any circumstances.
Replacement of UV bulbs:
• Turn off, unplug and allow the lamp to cool before attempting to replace the bulb(s).
• Use only original UV 9w 365nm bulbs.
WARNING: using other bulbs can damage the UV lamp and endanger the user.
• Remove the sliding base to make it easier to replace the bulbs.
• Grasp the base of the bulb to be replaced and pull it out gently. Similarly, push the new bulb gently in place, ensuring that it is securely inserted into the lamp base.
• Each bulb is independently powered. Change only the failed bulb.
Replacement fuse:
• Should the UV lamp stop working, check that the fuse is not burnt or loose.
• Unscrew the fuse holder next to the main switch, rotating counter-clockwise.
• Replace the damaged fuse with a new 250V F1A 1 amp fuse of same size.
• Screw the fuse holder back in place rotating clockwise, without tightening too hard.
WARNING
To reduce the risk of burns, electrocution, fire, or injury to persons:
• This lamp is designed to cure all gel nail systems. Use this appliance only for its intended use.
• NEVER plunge the lamp into water and do not use it in very humid places. NEVER use the lamp near bath tubs, showers or containers with liquid.
• If the lamp accidentally falls into water, immediately unplug it from the outlet. Never attempt to remove it from the water.
• Do not look directly at bulbs when light is on.
• Never use the lamp with a damaged power cord or plug.
• keep the power cord away from heated surfaces. Do not pull, twist, or wrap power cord around the lamp.
• Unplug the lamp by pulling out the plug. Never yank the power cord or the lamp to unplug it.
• Do not use this lamp with an extension cord.
• Do not use attachments not recommended by the manufacturer.
• Never block the air openings of the lamp or place it on a soft surface, such as a bed or couch.
• keep the air openings free of all debris.
• Never drop or insert any object into any opening.
• Never use lamp while sleeping or drowsy.
• Do not use lamp where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen is being administered.
• Do not use outdoors.
• Do not use the lamp with wet hands or feet.
• Do not leave the lamp unattended when plugged in.
• Do not leave the lamp unattended, especially in the presence of children or handicapped individuals.
• Prior to carrying out any cleaning or maintenance operation, disconnect the plug of the lamp from the electrical outlet.
• when you are not using your lamp, keep it unplugged.
• Store lamp and cord in a dry location away from heated surfaces.
SPECIAL WARNING
Before treatment always inform the subject to be treated about the possible adverse effects of exposure to ultraviolet (UV) light. Medications or cosmetics applied to the skin may increase sensitivity to UV light. A
person having a history of skin problems should consult a physician before use. If discomfort develops, discontinue use.

1) your dated sales slip;
2) a precise description of the defect;
3) your complete return address and daytime phone number; and,
4) a $10 money order for postage and handling
