Istruzioni d'uso

Togliere la cartina protettiva dal contenitore rigido. Inserire con forza la siringa già pronta all'uso
nel raccordo luer della piastra e con un leggero strappo estrarre la piastra dal contenitore.
Procedere alla multipunzione dell'area da trattare. Al termine della procedura riporre la piastra
nel proprio contenitore salvapunta ed assicurarsi che sia bloccata prima di gettare.
Avvertenza: Leggere le istruzioni prima dell'uso. Non riutilizzare. Utilizzare solo se la confezione è
integra. Utilizzare immediatamente dopo l'apertura della busta. Distruggere dopo l'utilizzo in
accordo alle norme vigenti. Il dispositivo deve essere utilizzato solo da personale medico
specializzato.
Può contenere tracce di nichel.

Instructions for use
Peel the rigid package. Prepare the syringe with the proper solution. Connect the syringe firmly to
the luer connector of the multi-injector. Take the multi-injector out of the package with one pull.
Perform multi-puncturing of the area to be treated. At the end of the procedure put the multi-
injector back into its protective package. Make sure the multi-injector is well secured inside and
dispose of the device.
Caution: Read the instructions before using the device. Do not reuse. Use only if the package is
not damaged. Use immediately after opening. Dispose after use according to the laws in force. For
use only by trained medical staff.
It may contain traces of nickel.
