Over the next days and weeks you will notice seedlings and micro-greens sprouting. Growing in the mini greenhouse kit ensures that your
plants are getting the essential levels of light, and the conditions they need to grow indoors.
HARVEST
When you harvest you herbs and micro greens depends on each individual plant. Micro-greens are usually harvested once the leaves
become full and the stalks have 3 or more leaves, this is when your micro-greens contain the most vitamins and nutrients. To harvest, cut the
shoots just above the soil with scissors.
REGROWTH
Many herbs and micro greens will regrow and can be cut several times. Sprouts are a single harvest crops and require you to start the
growing process fresh after each harvest.
STORAGE
When stored properly in a plastic container, fresh herbs, micro-greens and sprouts will keep for up to 6 weeks in your refrigerator.

you need including heating sheets for faster starts, universal light stands to raise lights up and down, linking cords, and replacement lamps.
Most retailers are able to special order any items they do not regularly carry.
