Failure to follow these warnings and the instructions could result in serious
injury or death. The safety of your children while in the activity seat depends on
you! Please read and understand the following warnings and instructions
before use.
• NEVER leave child unattended.
• Always keep child in view when in seat.
• Avoid serious injury from falling or sliding out. Always use seat belt.
• NEVER use this item as a car seat.
• To avoid a fall injury, never use the infant seat to carry baby.
• NEVER pick-up, or carry seat by using the canopy or toy bar. They will not support the weight.
• NEVER use seat on counters, tables, or other elevated surfaces. Always use on the ground.
• This seat is to be used by one child only, weighing less than 35 lbs (16 kg). Excessive weight may
cause a hazardous unstable condition to exist.
• Read any caution stickers on frame before setting child in seat.
• DO NOT allow older children to play with, or around, the infant seat. They may tip over or damage
the seat.
• Discontinue using infant seat should it become damaged or broken.
• Remove and destroy all packing materials including silica gel bags.
• (For models with soother) Caution:remove battery before storing the product for a prolonged period
of time.
