1. The LCD display window shows nothing after
turning on MP3 player.
•
Check to see if the battery has been inserted.
•
Check to see if the battery needs replacement.
•
Try reinserting the battery or replace it.
•
Take out the battery and insert it correctly after 5
seconds.
2. The LCD display"Error, Reformat Media" after
turning on MP3 player?
If you format the MP3 player by windows
formatting tools, it will show"Error, Reformat
Media"now you must reformat it by manager formatting
tools in the MP3 player manager.
3. The buttons are not workable.
Check to see if the"Hold"button is on. Release the
Hold button.
4. No sound could be heard while playing MP3
