Troubleshooting- Spring Tension:
1.
Disconnect the hose reel from the mounting bracket by removing the aluminum rod.
2.
Pull 2m hose out to lock the hose.
3.
Remove the side cover on the side of the water system.
4.
Release the (4) screws that hold the center clips in place and place these two clips aside. (Figure 2)
5.
Release the (4) screws on the opposite side. ( Figure 3)
6.
Using the pliers, turn it counter-clockwise a few times (1-2) to tighten the spring and then reinstall the four (4)
screws.
7.
Turn to the side of water system. Put two clips back and reinstall the four (4) screws.
8.
Replace the side covers on the reel.

the date of purchase, return it to the place of purchase and it will be replaced free of charge. Incidental or
consequential damages are excluded from this warranty. The bulb is not covered under warranty.
