INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Note: Your Tilden Door knocker is crafted of forged solid brass. Forging is a process whereby a tool forms and actually compresses
the metal with a tremendous amount of force. Each piece is then polished by hand.
Place one of the Wall Plate in desired location on the Door.
1.
After positioning on the door, lightly mark hole mark of M.S wall plate.
2.
Wall Plate Mounting as shown, in outline post.
3.
Mark Location of mounting screw installation. Remove mounting wall plate from door.
4.
Place wall plate over door and insert mounting screw. Place tilden door knocker over the wall plate and tighten Allen screw.
5.
If necessary, loosen wall mounting screws and adjustable tilden door knocker to obtain proper alignment on door. Retighten

allen screw and remount wall plate.
