tains important safety precautions for using and maintaining this device. The manufacturer is not
responsible for damages or injuries that result from failure to follow these instructions.
The manufacturer's warranty is void if you use this product for a purpose that it is not intended.
Should the device be damaged, waterlogged, or exposed to rain, do not attempt to examine or repair
it yourself. Repair work should only be performed by an electrician or other qualified personnel.

Avoid the Risk of Electric Shock

The ROTHO TWIN TT AQUAFILTER is an electrical device,
which is solely suitable for household purposes. As with any
electrical device, proper precautions should be taken during
use. Improperly powering the device can result in damage to
the device, electric shock to the user, and fire hazard.
The TWIN TT uses a grounded plug. This plug should only be connected to a grounded 120 volt AC
electrical outlet that complies with your local electrical code. Do not replace the plug provided with the
TWIN TT. If for some reason the plug becomes damaged, have a qualified electrician repair the plug.
If a grounded outlet is unavailable, you may use a temporary grounding adapter. Make sure the
adapter is properly installed using a grounding screw. Follow the instructions provided with the
adapter to ensure that you use it properly. Please note that temporary grounding adapters are not
permitted in Canada according to Canadian electrical code.
A temporary grounding adapter is not a permanent solution! Have a qualified electrician install a prop-
erly grounded outlet at your earliest convenience.
