IGNITION - OPERATION - SHUTDOWN INSTRUCTIONS
IGNITION
Open the gas tap and tun the selector switch (2) to the desired position. The burner will ignite automatically.
Should ignition fail to occur check the lock-out button (3) to see whether it is on: if it is press it and the boiler will
repeat ignition. Then adjust heating temperature (5) and hot water temperature (4) as desired via the appropriate
controls.
TEMPORARY IGNITION/SHUTDOWN
Proceed as follows:
● adjust the room thermostat;
● adjust the potentiometers on the front panel (4) (5).
● via the programmer/timer (on request) (6).
PROLONGED SHUTDOWN
Should the boiler remain idle for a long period close the gas tap, position the selector switch (2) at position (0)
and disconnect the electrical power supply.
SUMMER MODE
Turn the selector switch (2) to SUMMER.
Regulate the hot water potentiometer (4) to a position corresponding to desired water temperature.
WINTER MODE
Turn the selector switch (2) to WINTER.
Regulate the heating potentiometer (5) to a position that corresponds to desired heating temperature. If a room
thermostat is installed then the thermostat will keep room temperature at the set level. Adjust the hot water
potentiometer (4) to a position corresponding to desired water temperature.
