Do not use the device to pump seawater, dirty water, water with solids, sand, abrasive or
corrosive substances. Do not pump liquids with a temperature higher than 90 °C. Do not pump
explosive, flammable or other dangerous liquids.
Drain and rinse the device with clear water if the device will not be used for a long period.
The manufacturer cannot be held responsible in the event of damage or injury resulting from
(incorrect) use of this device.
Follow all safety instructions when repairing or maintaining the device. This device may only be
repaired by a qualified technician.
Always check the device for damage after unpacking the device. Please contact your dealer if
you notice damage on the device.
Never dispose of the packing material but store it carefully. Use the packing material to store
the device when stocking or returning a damaged device to your dealer. Keep your packing
material carefully stocked or dispose of according to the local environmental rules. Plastic bags
and other packing materials can be dangerous for children and animals.

Installation
Place the pump in a safe, dry and well-ventilated place. Install the pump on a flat and stable
surface.
Bleed the system before switching on the device:
Loosen the bleeding valve.

Fill the pump casing and suction hose with diesel until the bleeding valve runs over.
o
Carefully tighten the bleeding valve.
o
Always check the airtightness of the pump and suction hose. The device will not be able to
pump up diesel if there are air bubbles in the system. It is therefore important to bleed the
device before using it.
