Operating instructions for dolly

1.1 Correct use

The devices serves as an aid to feed material, e.g. long rods or pipes.
CAUTION: only adjust the height of the device without a load.
1.2 Starting
The device is ready for immediate use once the packaging has been
removed.

1.3 Handling and operation

Height and depth adjustment: loosen the locking screw. Turn toggle to
the left and adjust the height. The locking screw must be re-tightened
after height adjustment.
Height adjustment of the fork roller: remove the circlip from shaft, pull
out the shaft and adjust the height of the fork roller. After adjusting the
height of the fork roller you must make sure that the shaft is secured
with the corresponding circlip.
The maximum permissible load (see type plate) may not be exceeded.
The load must be loaded in the centre. The device may only be used on
firm, horizontal and level floors.

1.4 Maintenance and repairs

The device requires no maintenance. The limit of wear has been rea-
ched if the locking screw for the height adjustment can be turned in ful-
ly. You should then stop working with the device and have it overhau-
led by the manufacturer.

1.5 Other information

Keep the operating instructions in a safe place for later reference.
